At
BReadyBlog.com, READYColorado is increasing emergency preparedness
and creating community with interactive tools created by Blue Ray
Media. The site makes it easy for people to post their own stories and
photos, interact with the "B. Ready" campaign and follow the progress of the "B.
Ready" characters as they traverse Colorado.
Visitors to the site can post their own stories and photos and comment on other stories related to emergency readiness.
Blue Ray Media developed the Web site and created a password-protected area where authorized READYColorado personnel can log in to manage submitted stories and comments. The moderator is able to view new stories and comments and approve and categorize postings. The moderator can even promote stories on the home page, if desired.
